What Is A Koozie For?

What is a Personalized Coozie ? People ask me this all the time , and once I explain, what a koozie is, so far, everyone knew what I was talking about, but they all had different names for it . People say, “oh yeah a huggie” or a cozie, beer jacket, can holder and even a few more names I can’t recall.

A huggie is a holder for cans or beer bottles, that is made to keep your beverage colder for a longer period of time and it also keeps your hands from freezing .

Koozies are made from many materials, steel, leather, foam, polyurethane, neoprene (the material wet suits are made of), and nylon. I haven’t timed this but apparently cans don’t keep your beverage all that cold for more then 15 minutes especially if it’s a hot day . Using a koozie can keep your beverage cold for 40 minutes, even on a hot day. So I’m sure you can see how this is defiantly a necessity for any beverage drinker, especially the sports fan. Sports games can last a long time and you don’t want your drink getting warm just 15 minutes into the game, this will cause the sports fan to leave a half drunk beverage and go get another one from the fridge .

So now that you know what a koozie is and that they are a necessity for any beverage drinker, it’s time to find one that really expresses you or the person your buy it for as a gift .
